Gada/Mudgar is one of India’s best kept fitness secrets and we feel it should no longer be a secret. The mudgar dates back thousands of years and is perhaps one of the oldest strength training equipment on the planet.
At Tagda Raho we have blended our ancient practices with Modern day sports science to create a power packed training format that is relevant and effective for life in 2024 and beyond.

No worries! If you miss a live session, you’ll have access to the recording, which will be made available afterward. This way, you can catch up on the workout at your own pace

No, this registration is exclusively for the live online sessions. Access to physical centres requires separate membership or registration.
What are the timings and duration of the online sessions?
Our live sessions are 60 minutes long, running from 8 AM to 9 AM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
