1. Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To initiate a return, email us at helpdesk@tagdaraho.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a free replacement.

Please share clear images or a short video of the damaged product along with your Order ID within 7 days of delivery.

Email these details to helpdesk@tagdaraho.in and our team will assist you promptly.
3. Exchange Policy (For Product Weight Changes)

If the product feels too heavy or light, you can request an exchange.

Email us at helpdesk@tagdaraho.in with your Order ID and mention the product you’d like to exchange it for.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

If the product is returned in unused and original condition within 7 days of delivery.

If a damaged or defective item cannot be replaced.

Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Refund/Exchange Not Applicable If:

Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

The product has been used or is not in its original packaging/condition.

You wish to exchange or return due to a change of mind not related to weight or defect.
6. Wooden Equipment Care & Replacement Policy:
- Wooden equipment durability depends on proper use, maintenance, and storage.
- Keep away from water, moisture, and direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause cracks.
- Replacement requests within 6 months of delivery may be assessed and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests after 6 months from delivery will not be eligible for replacement
