Venue & Timings
The L1 certification will be held in Tagda Raho Koramangala training centre and Bavdhan between 11 AM and 1 PM.

Must try for all the Strength and conditioning coaches
It was very good experience, though more exercise should be added to the L1 certification , assuming people coming to the certification are aware of the use of Mudgar exercises. But overall good experience, The teaching staff was very good . I will recommend.
It was a fantastic experience learning new movements and techniques, and the coach was an excellent guide in helping improve them.

What is the registration fee of the certification program?
The registration fee is 12,999/-
What are the prerequisites for joining the certification?
There are no prerequisites. The L1 Certification is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the Tagda Raho training system, making it accessible to beginners.
What does the certification include?
The certification includes two days of training, followed by a day of Q&A and an assessment. You will learn 30+ foundational movements with the Mudgar and Hanuman Gada and a training manual with all the movements covered in this course.
Do I receive any materials or equipment with the certification?
No equipment is provided upon registration. However, you will receive a rebate if you purchase equipment after obtaining your L1 certification.
Where is the certification conducted?
The offline classes take place in Tagda Raho, Bengaluru and Pune
