At Tagda Raho, we don’t use machines.We train the body the way it’s meant to move.We use bodyweight and traditional Indian fitness equipment: Gada, Mudgar and Samtola.This format is rooted in Indian physical culture and has a blend of strength & conditioningscience.

How training works

Training is guided individually. The coach observes you, adjusts movements and guides you based on your level whether beginner or experienced. Coach-guided, 60-minute full-body sessions using dynamic movements adjusted to your current level so beginners and experienced people can start safely and gradually feel lighter, move better and gain real strength.

Trial Workout Details

Choose a time that suits you:

  • Morning: 7:00–8:00 AM, 8:00–9:00 AM
  • Evening: 5:00–6:00 PM, 7:00–8:00 PM
  • Available: Monday to Saturday (Sunday closed)

When can I train?

Mondays-Saturdays:

  • Morning: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Sundays: (HSR Layout only)

  • Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
What kind of workouts do you offer?

Our workouts are circuit-based, featuring 8-10 different exercises each day. We use traditional Indian equipment like Mudgars, Hanuman Gadas, and Samtolas, along with bodyweight movements.

Do I need to book a slot?

No need to book. Just drop by during our working hours. Make sure to arrive at least an hour before closing to complete your session. You can buy trial plans or memberships.

Are coaches available during the session?

Yes, our coaches are always present to guide and monitor you.

How many sessions should I do each week?

We recommend at least 3 sessions per week. For maximum benefits, you can train up to 6 days a week. If you do other types of training, 3 sessions a week with us is ideal.

Do you have group workouts?

No, we don’t do group sessions. We personalise workouts because everyone has different fitness levels and goals.

Will these workouts help me loose fat?

Yes, if you manage your nutrition well, our workouts can help with fat loss.

Can I pause or freeze my memberships?

Yes, the period of pausing and freezing your plan will depend on the membership you have purchased.

Can I train here and also do other forms of training like cross-training, calisthenics, boxing, MMA, play a sport, Pilates, yoga, bodybuilding, etc.?

Yes, you can combine training here with any other fitness form or sport.

Is my membership refundable?

Membership fees are non-refundable.

In case you are unable to continue, you may transfer your membership or adjust the remaining balance toward equipment purchases.
Our team will be happy to guide you to pick the right weight.
