The Samtola is not used in linear motions like bicep curls and similar movements. The Samtola is used for cross body movements that focus on strength and conditioning. Samtola has been used by soldiers and wrestlers for centuries to to create more dynamic workouts that engage even the smallest muscle groups which are hard to target otherwise.
